Skills
- Experience with state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Strong Python programming and proficiency with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch)
- Solid mathematical and statistical background for model design and evaluation
- Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and online experimentation
- Bonus: strong C++ or Java skills and prior recommendation system experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate ML/DL models for ads delivery and recommendation systems
- Process and analyze extremely large datasets to derive features and insights
- Integrate tabular, text, image, and video data into unified modeling pipelines
- Run and analyze large-scale A/B tests to measure online impact and iterate quickly
- Deploy models to production and monitor performance and data drift
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to drive business outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field required
- Master’s or PhD in relevant field preferred
