Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end field and remote support for Connected Warfare systems, including hardware setup and software configuration
- Pre-configure systems and integrate them with customer infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, software, and networking issues in real time
- Manage low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components with a focus on safety and reliability
- Operate and maintain containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) and apply updates
- Administer Linux servers and act as subject matter expert for system administration
- Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including Cisco switches/routers, VLANs, and routing
- Work directly with customers in-theater and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
- Relevant hands-on electrical or electronics training preferred
- Security clearance eligibility / ability to meet US clearance requirements
