Software Engineer, Lattice C2 UI
Skills
- Production web application experience using JavaScript/TypeScript (React, RxJS)
- Proficiency in modern backend languages such as C++, Rust, or Go
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and automated testing
- Experience with CI/CD and build systems (CircleCI, Bazel or similar)
- Familiarity with gRPC/protobuf or similar RPC/data serialization technologies
- Ability to work across front-end and back-end domains and optimize cross-stack interactions
- High empathy and collaboration skills to support internal engineering customers
- Must be a U.S. Person (export control requirement)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain developer tooling and shared UI frameworks for Lattice C2
- Identify friction points in the dev experience and create solutions to improve engineering velocity
- Work across the stack (front-end, back-end, build, CI/CD) to deliver robust infrastructure
- Optimize front-end data structures and communication with backend services
- Support, document, and mentor engineers on best practices for using shared tools and frameworks
- Contribute to automated testing, release pipelines, and continuous integration improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
