Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing value chain for electronics, avionics, and harnessing
- Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly
- Create and optimize process flows and subassemblies
- Write manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and quality plans
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to develop repeatable production processes
- Work hands-on with prototype hardware assembly alongside technicians and engineers
- Contribute to mechanical and electrical hardware design including interconnects and board inspection
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing, troubleshooting, and quality implementation
Education
- Degree in engineering, math, or a hard science
