Skills
- Proficient scripting/coding in Python and/or Golang
- Experience integrating models with external systems or APIs
- Production software development and deployment experience
- Experience deploying and integrating LLMs into production
- Familiarity with evaluation pipelines and automated testing for models
- Ability to work with edge and air-gapped deployment constraints
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Own software solutions deployed to customers, including build, deployment, and maintenance
- Design and implement workflows and tools for training and adapting LLMs to generate simulation scripts
- Build and maintain automated test suites for LLM interaction with simulation environments (correctness and performance)
- Develop evaluation pipelines for geospatially-aware LLMs and customized spatial reasoning evaluations
- Contribute to fine-tuning efforts to improve model performance on simulation script generation and multi-modal inputs
- Document processes, findings, and results for internal knowledge transfer and reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Strong engineering foundations from industry or school
