Responsibilities
- Build composite parts and tooling hands-on alongside technicians and engineers
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation: work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans, inspection criteria, and non-conformance records
- Translate engineering technical data packages into manufacturable processes and tooling
- Solve manufacturing problems under schedule and spec constraints to meet quality and delivery targets
- Design and optimize work cells for efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with Program Managers to inform critical production decisions and schedules
- Lead/root-cause corrective actions (RCCA) with quality to remove production blockers
- Interact with vendors for sourcing and process support
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technology-related field (required)
