Amplify is seeking a Bilingual Production Design Manager to oversee design workflows and processes for its English Language Arts curriculum. This contract role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributions as a hands-on designer when necessary.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing design schedules, advocating for design needs, and improving asset delivery processes while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient product development.
Skills: Required skills include fluency in Spanish and English, experience in print production management, strong communication, and proficiency in time management tools like Trello or Smartsheets.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience with Adobe Creative Suite, visual design, and a background in literacy education or related fields.
Location: This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

As Production Design Manager, you will be joining a collaborative team of detail-oriented problem-solvers who work extremely hard to deliver high-quality work. As a member of the Amplify design group, you will work closely with product owners, design leadership, developers, and curriculum experts to extend and improve Amplify’s English Language Art curriculum.
