Skills
- Commissioning: SAT and FAT creation and execution
- Hands-on mechanical and hydraulic systems experience with rotating equipment
- Data analysis for process performance and validation testing
- Experience in manufacturing/process environments and operator collaboration
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ability to train operators and create operational documentation
- Basic networking and SQL/Grafana familiarity (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning, startup, and ramp activities including SAT and FAT execution for the Denver facility
- Remain on-site during pre-commission and equipment production phases to ensure zero rework
- Train plant operators and facility staff on preferred process conditions, feeds, speeds, and configurations
- Develop and execute test plans, perform before/after configuration analyses, and produce technical reports
- Monitor facility performance, implement proactive alerting/alarming, and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate and perform full system and equipment performance audits and customer reporting
- Act as Tier 2 technical escalation resource for AMP and 3rd-party equipment troubleshooting
- Create operational collateral (documentation and training videos) and drive lessons learned back to engineering
- Facilitate MOC processes and communicate changes across operators and leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering discipline
