training was basically non-existent. spent weeks figuring things out by trial and error.

sometimes I love my team, sometimes the drama is exhausting. very mood-dependent workplace.

It’s a stepping stone type of job. Good for experience, not somewhere I’d build a career long-term.

Management is approachable and open to feedback. You just need patience for things to actually change.
