Honestly, it’s not terrible, but you need a lot of patience here. Decisions are slow, processes outdated, and change is met with resistance.

I get along with my team but the workload changes week to week without warning. Can be stressful.

They try to do fun stuff for employees, but it’s not enough to make up for the long hours in busy seasons.

i’ve grown so much professionally here. they don’t just talk about career development, they put budget and effort into it.
