Skills

- Experience translating analytics into prioritized product recommendations and experiments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product analytics strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals.
- Own metric definitions, KPI tracking, and the integrity of analytics presented to executives and board-level forums.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of product analysts, including managing collaboration with teams based in India.
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for features, run deep-dive analyses, and surface actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks (Tableau) to monitor product health and adoption.
- Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover root causes and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable product data infrastructure for high-velocity analysis.
- Present clear, compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) preferred.
- Master’s degree in a related field is beneficial but not required.
