Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response time
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
