Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and procedures
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
