We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Manager, Quality Operations supporting the ASPEX Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

• Lead the team while overseeing daily quality management operations in manufacturing and distribution, ensuring productivity and alignment with departmental objectives.

• Make operational decisions requiring leadership, time management, and communication skills.

• Monitor product quality at various stages, resolve non-conformances promptly, and ensure rigorous quality control.

• Maintain relevant documentation and records, adhering to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct performance appraisals, pay reviews, and training and development, and participate in hiring by providing recommendations.

• Contribute to policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Commit to continuous improvement, meet individual job requirements, and contribute to organizational compliance.

• Focusing on roles that support day-to-day quality management in manufacturing and distribution processes.

• Responsible for monitoring product quality at different stages, detecting and resolving non-conformances in a timely manner, and maintaining relevant documentation and records.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
