middle of the road. some days I’m like “this is great,” other days I’m googling job boards at lunch.

Decent place to learn if you’re early in your career. Pay’s not the best, but you do get to wear multiple hats (sometimes too many).

Really like the team I work with like smart folks who actually care about their work. A few outdated systems, but nothing that kills the vibe.

Great place to grow if you’re proactive
