HR is responsive, but the promotion process feels kinda opaque. You get vague feedback most of the time

remote work policy is flexible, which i appreciate. downside is that communication sometimes falls apart and things get lost in email threads.

My manager was great, but upper leadership is out of touch. Big ideas, zero follow-through.
