- Active, verifiable New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, or LMHC)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Person-centered, trauma-informed clinical approach and strong clinical judgment
- Comfort using EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and occasionally co-occurring substance use disorders
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and participate in clinical meetings
- Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations
- Provide and receive case consultation as part of a collaborative remote care team
Education
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or a related field (licensure-required degree)
- Active state licensure in New Mexico as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, or LMHC
