AECOM is seeking an Environmental Scientist II to join our Remediation team based in Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking candidates who wish to pursue a career in environmental science, specific to environmental assessment and remediation projects.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about environmental remediation and will join a large established team conducting environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Fort Lauderdale area.
This position requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a range of projects, and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a project team.
Please take note this role may require travel outside of the Fort Lauderdale area (from days to weeks) to support projects as needed across the United States. The selected candidate will join a large established team conducting environmental assessment and remediation projects across the region.
