AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Philadelphia on October 9-10, 2025. This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2026.
The event kicks off on Thursday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm, where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer - Remediation within our Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia offices.
This position involves 60% field and 40% office work. It is targeted towards an individual interested in resident engineer, construction management, and design engineer roles, and involves investigation engineering, engineering design, and construction management of projects associated with environmental remediation. Construction and field work will include site inspections and sampling, contractor oversight, construction administration and management, including shop drawing review, and responding to contractor questions. Design work may include sampling plans, excavation and restoration design, environmental permitting, erosion and sediment control design, preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, and constructability reviews.
This position is expected to begin Spring/Summer 2026.
