QA Engineer Intern

Responsibilities
- Support creation of test scenarios and write basic ETL test cases under senior guidance
- Review requirement and mapping documents to identify gaps or clarifications
- Interpret input file layouts and participate in parser validation activities
- Write simple source and target SQL queries to validate data
- Contribute to automating data validation workflows using PySpark or Databricks
- Prepare and generate synthetic test datasets to mimic real-world scenarios
- Participate in UAT cycles and provide QA support during releases
- Document QA activities in test management tools and Jira
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and collaborate with onsite/offshore team members
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or related quantitative field
- Relevant coursework or projects demonstrating data analysis and programming
- Willingness to learn healthcare data concepts and domain-specific standards
