At first it seemed chill. They let us work remote and pay was above average. But HQ in Korea runs everything, slow approvals and zero autonomy on decisions.

Team is friendly, but leadership decisions come from Korea and communication sucks locally. You’re just a cog until something demands HQ sign‑off.

Culture wise, they talk “team energy” and “talent,” but leadership is tone‑deaf and micromanages from afar.

be prepared for gossip‑heavy culture, and Korean expats get much better perks.
