In this dynamic role, you will work under the guidance of our Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer to provide safe and effective clinical care, expertly utilizing the nursing process in your assigned department.
Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, documenting care efficiently, and fostering effective communication to enhance unit efficiency. You'll also actively contribute to our Quality Assurance Program and pursue your professional development through continued education. As a charge nurse, you'll lead by example and support your fellow nurses, making a positive impact on both your team and our patients.

- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and CPR
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred
