Design and build immersive VR teleoperation interfaces that enable intuitive, real time control of robotic systems.

Develop high performance VR applications using Unity and OpenXR, including advanced native plugin integrations.

Create experiences that translate complex robotic behaviors into natural, responsive human interactions.

2. Robotics and AI Integration

Work closely with robotics and AI teams to integrate VR systems with robot kinematics, motion control, and sensor feedback.

Build abstractions that connect real world robotic state to immersive VR environments with low latency and high fidelity.

Support rapid iteration on teleoperation workflows as robotics capabilities evolve.

3. User Experience and Interaction Design

Continuously refine the end user experience through thoughtful UI and interaction design.

Develop advanced menus, widgets, and interactive components optimized for VR and AR environments.

Hold a high bar for usability, responsiveness, and visual clarity in complex operational interfaces.

4. Performance, Architecture, and Innovation

Design VR system architectures optimized for real time performance and scalability.

Integrate and maintain native plugins to support advanced hardware and system capabilities.

Stay deeply engaged with VR and AR technology trends, applying emerging tools and techniques to advance teleoperation.

5. Early Stage Ownership and Collaboration

Operate with strong engineering instincts in a fast paced, exploratory environment

Collaborate closely with cross functional teams across software, hardware, and operations.

Qualifications

Required

Extensive experience building VR applications with Unity, including OpenXR integration.

Strong understanding of VR system architecture, real time performance optimization, and native plugin development.

Solid foundation in modern high performance visualization techniques for AI and robotics applications.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross functional teams.

Ability to work in the office five days per week.
