Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams following Warby Parker protocols and standards of care
- Accurately take measurements and diagnose ocular conditions
- Explain eye health, prescriptions, and eyewear options to patients in clear terms
- Demonstrate and communicate product features and benefits to help patients select eyewear
- Document exams and patient interactions in EMR and use digital lane technology
- Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate teammates and customers about services
Education
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure to practice optometry
- Eligible for or maintain malpractice coverage
