Responsibilities
- Lead solutioning and development of locally developed (scoped) ServiceNow applications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers
- Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Manage movement of ServiceNow Components, Collections, and Deployables through CI/CD pipelines
- Implement, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects on code reviews, proofs of concept, and demos
- Perform troubleshooting, coding/scripting, and high-complexity configurations
- Map business services and requirements to advanced ServiceNow capabilities
- Administer and deploy USCIS systems and PaaS/SaaS/IaaS platforms using privileged accounts
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science, information systems, or related field)
- Equivalent technical experience considered alongside degree
