Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational leader for a portfolio of 6–9 veterinary partnerships with full P&L accountability.
- Develop and coach hospital leaders (DVM partners and practice managers) to meet performance targets and elevate leadership capability.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and translate financial/operational data into actionable plans.
- Execute strategic initiatives across partnerships, coordinating with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership.
- Conduct facility and process assessments to identify inefficiencies and implement technology or process improvements.
- Manage cross-functional projects and act as the liaison between local teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and value creation.
- Foster a collaborative culture across partnerships to share best practices and drive consistent results.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA) or comparable business credential is a plus
