Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site evening instruction for the Sterile Processing program on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm MST
- Deliver engaging theory/lecture content using various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Maintain and update course syllabi; assist in developing new curricula as needed
- Evaluate student competence based on program objectives and prepare timely progress reports
- Maintain accurate attendance records and submit grade reports
- Attend faculty meetings and follow school academic policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sterile Processor
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Motivated, self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
