We’re hiring a Vice President of Marketing to own our end-to-end marketing strategy and build a high-performing team. You’ll shape the brand, generate pipeline, enable the field, and partner closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product to accelerate growth in employer, TPA, and payer channels. You’ll also partner with Client Success to create strategies and collateral that enable patient activation.
Own the marketing strategy & plan: Set the annual/quarterly strategy, budget, channel mix, and OKRs tied to pipeline, revenue, and brand outcomes.
Build and lead the team: Hire, coach, and scale Brand, Growth/Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Comms/PR, Field/Partner Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
Pipeline & growth: Deliver marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline for enterprise employers/TPAs; optimize paid/owned/earned channels and events; reduce CAC and time-to-payback.
Product marketing: Refine ICPs and segmentation; craft positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative; and launch playbooks; create enablement (decks, one-pagers, calculators).
Evidence & healthcare credibility: Turn clinical and claims outcomes into compliant, compelling stories (case studies, ROI one-pagers); coordinate med-legal review; uphold brand/claims discipline.
Consultant/partner marketing: Build broker/consultant programs; co-marketing with channel partners, and field enablement.
Communications & brand: Lead PR, analyst/press relationships, thought leadership, and social strategy.
7+ years in B2B/B2B2C marketing, 5+ years in healthcare (digital health, benefits, payer/provider, care delivery, or health tech).
Proven enterprise growth: scaled pipeline for high growth businesses with multiple channels, and multi-stakeholder deals.
Depth in product marketing, demand gen, brand/comms, and marketing ops; fluency in Salesforce + a MAP (HubSpot/Marketo), attribution.
Experience converting clinical/outcomes data into compliant commercial assets; familiarity with PHI/HIPAA and claims-substantiation best practices.
Exceptional storytelling, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership; builder’s mindset.
