What you’ll do:
As a Software Engineer (Systems), you will be responsible for building out the core software systems of our home robot. This will involve building efficient and safety critical software and working cross-functionally with our Software, ML, Controls, and Hardware teams.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience developing software for robotics or other resource constrained environments
Deep understanding of systems level languages such as C, C++, or Rust
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and OTA update systems
Strong Linux system-level knowledge: kernel tuning, process scheduling, memory management, etc
Thorough understanding of object‑oriented programming, real‑time programming, linear algebra, data structures, and algorithms
Experience writing software for interfacing with sensors or actuators and other parts of the embedded stack
