As our Sales and Partnerships Lead, you'll close the next wave of accounts that determine our trajectory. We're not casting a wide net—we're taking a razor-focused, account-based approach to win the exact customers and partners we want.
Identify the Fortune 500 companies and Series B+ SMBs who value in-person connection most. Build strategic plans to win them. Engage champions, influencers, and decision-makers. Execute with precision.
Navigate complex procurement processes, build compelling business cases, and close six- and seven-figure contracts. Move deals from cold outreach to signed agreements.
Use AI tools to create pitch decks, data rooms, call scripts, and assets that educate and convert. Track insights. Optimize continuously. Build repeatable systems that scale.
Mix immersive experiences with traditional tactics to build deep, meaningful relationships. Recognize that lasting outcomes take time and investment.
Ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success. Oversee onboarding and early adoption. Optimize for revenue, growth, and low churn.
4–6 years in enterprise/SMB sales or partnerships at high-growth startups
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Comfort using AI tools for lead generation, outreach, and sales automation
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to convert prospects into advocates
Product intuition—you know how to position solutions for different personas
Scrappy execution—you thrive in 0–1 environments building processes from scratch
