We’re creating the home robots that make the lifestyle we’ve always dreamed of a reality. Imagine a future where robots give us back the hours we spend on repetitive tasks — time we can now dedicate to family, friends, and passions. A future where we can experience things we’ve never considered possible, from surrounding ourselves with thriving plants that never need watering to enjoying pets without the mess.
Founded by two Stanford PhDs whose research shapes the frontier of robotics, we’re pushing boundaries to redefine what robots can do. Over the past 8 months, we’ve made significant strides in technology, secured funding, and built a talented team.
Now, we’re looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey. If you want to work at the forefront of robotics innovation and help shape a future we’ve only imagined — we’d love to hear from you.
You will be one of the early members of the EE & Firmware team, with the opportunity to significantly influence the EE design across all aspects of our home robot. This includes sensing, networking, compute and power distribution.
You will also collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical systems into our wearables and robotic platforms, driving the hardware foundation of our mission to redefine home robotics.
We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly those who have worked on consumer electronics, wearables, robotics, and/or embedded systems. A proven track record of shipping products at scale and designing reliable electrical systems for complex devices will set you apart.

At Sunday Robotics, we’re building technology shaped by real people — curious, creative, and diverse. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups often hold back unless they meet 100% of the criteria — we don’t want that to be the reason we miss out on great talent.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
