About the role
We're hiring Applied AI Engineers to create the AI-native operating system for our new firm. You will work on a wide-variety of projects including:
Cursor for CAD: Today CAD is death by 1,000 clicks. We are creating the copilot that lets engineers focus on design instead of point-and-click drudgery.
Spatial reasoning model for blueprints: Drawings for roads, bridges, etc. have not substantially changed in 50 years — but engineers still create blueprints from scratch. We're going to change this.
An AI-native ERP: ERPs are the control centers for engineering service firms, but incumbents have not innovated in decades. For our firm, we are building the AI-native ERP for procurement and project management so staff can focus on engineering, not admin.
Engineering agents: Engineering calculations are repetitive and formulaic. We are developing agents that can run simulations, filter through regulatory compliance standards, and automate computational gymnastics.
