Skills
- Proven OSINT collection and digital investigations tradecraft, including SOCMINT techniques.
- Knowledge of cyber threat actor TTPs, malware behavior, vulnerabilities, and incident response fundamentals.
- Experience using TOR, VPNs, encryption tools, and OPSEC for non-attributable research.
- Ability to correlate OSINT with technical telemetry, dark web reporting, and geo/social intelligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication with experience producing concise intelligence products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured OSINT research across social media, forums, news, code repositories, and public datasets using advanced search techniques and non-attributable browsing.
- Monitor deep web/dark web marketplaces, malware communities, and threat actor activity using secure, compliant access methods.
- Analyze multi-source data to identify indicators, patterns, IOCs, TTPs, and adversary profiles.
- Produce tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence products, including written reports, visualizations, briefings, and dashboards.
- Present findings and clear recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences and maintain intelligence requirements (IRs/PIRs).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, investigations, legal, engineering, and leadership teams to align intelligence with mission needs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, intelligence studies, political science, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant professional certifications or coursework in intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, or investigations are a plus.
