This role is central to our future success—responsible for developing and executing the K–12 marketing strategy that fuels lead generation, drives conversion, and strengthens long-term partnerships with K–12 schools and districts nationwide in High Dosage and On Demand tutoring.

Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and the Marketing team to design and execute data-driven, integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, executional excellence, and deep understanding of the K–12 education landscape.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop and lead the company’s K–12 marketing strategy for High Dosage and On Demand tutoring, collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development to set priorities and drive measurable business growth.
  • Own all planning, execution, and reporting for K–12 marketing initiatives designed to generate leads, accelerate pipeline opportunities, and support customer success.
  • Partner with the Marketing team (events, content, social media, and web) to build integrated, data-driven campaigns that elevate brand awareness, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into customers.

Market Research & Marketing Intelligence

  • Research K–12 market trends, buyer needs, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage marketing intelligence to shape messaging, refine targeting, and guide the development of high-impact campaigns and assets.
  • Stay current on state and district priorities, policy changes, funding trends, and ed tech innovations to ensure marketing efforts are timely, relevant, competitive, and future focused.
  • Track and analyze relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of K-12 marketing campaigns. Track and analyze campaign results, using insights to inform future planning, optimizing marketing resources and maximizing ROI.

Campaign Development & Content Creation

  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and content, including print, email, and digital campaigns in partnership with Content Marketing, using analytics to refine audience segmentation, tailor messaging, and optimize performance. Write and submit content for Content Marketing editorial input.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to produce compelling assets and campaigns for diverse K–12 stakeholders including K-12 video content.
  • Direct the creation of webinars, virtual events, case studies, articles, and thought leadership content, working closely with Content Marketing, Creative Services and Marketing Operations to amplify the company’s impact, generate high-quality leads, and enhance customer loyalty.

Events Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the strategic approach for K–12 conferences and trade shows annually in partnership with the Events team, including booth strategy, speaking opportunities, and company-sponsored events, to drive lead generation. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the ROI of events.

Team & Project Management

  • Work collaboratively, both internally with the Marketing team and cross-functionally with other teams, to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop initiatives to engage all K-12 stakeholders, including students, teachers, school leaders, and district decision-makers through high-impact content and events.

Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Institutional Marketing.

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in K–12 education or ed tech marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns.
  • You are a systems thinker and strategic marketer, skilled at building efficient processes that strengthen marketing operations and improve campaign performance.
  • You bring knowledge of the K–12 landscape, including district priorities, market trends, and the needs of educators, administrators, and students.
  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration, partnering effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Creative Services, and Marketing teams to align strategy and achieve shared goals.
  • You are highly skilled in market research and marketing intelligence, using data to shape messaging, refine targeting, and identify new opportunities for impact and growth.
  • You are a data-driven marketer who relies on analytics and ROI metrics to guide decision-making, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate clear results.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thriving in roles where you can both develop the plan and directly bring it to life.
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, able to craft compelling, audience-specific content that resonates with K–12 stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate a collaborative, inclusive work style, contributing positively to team culture and shared success.
  • You are highly organized, deadline-driven, and adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
