Customer Service Representative

Truepill is revolutionizing consumer healthcare by providing essential technology infrastructure for healthcare organizations. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their Hospice Pharmacy Services by delivering expert phone-based customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Skills

  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving ability for routine and complex issues
  • Understanding of healthcare terminology and service level agreements
  • Customer service experience in remote call-center settings
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work independently
  • Team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to resolve customer questions and issues with understanding of internal and external factors.
  • Actively listen and ask appropriate questions to identify and investigate underlying issues.
  • Maintain productive caller relationships by managing conversations and providing timely updates during issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare terminology, products, services, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate caller issues and trends to Subject Matter Experts and educate callers on available services.
  • Refer callers to appropriate resources as needed.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
