Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor analysts and developers focused on business intelligence and enterprise reporting.
- Foster an Agile work environment emphasizing delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the roadmap for reporting and analytics aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and data impact.
- Manage full lifecycle of reporting solutions from requirements through delivery and support.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across reports and dashboards.
- Promote data literacy and empower users to self-serve reporting where appropriate.
- Lead Agile sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver incremental value.
- Drive innovation in data sourcing, transformation, and automation using Python and modern technologies.
- Partner with data engineers and IT to optimize data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
- Define and implement enterprise metrics and reporting standards with cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
