We’re looking for a GTM Growth Associate to help expand Topline Pro’s outbound engine, by turning high-potential prospects into qualified leads through smart, scalable outbound campaigns. You’ll be at the center of our email motion—building lists, crafting messages, testing sequences, and learning what makes service pros engage and convert.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll combine creative copywriting, experimentation, and operational rigor to build pipeline at scale. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, track performance, and help shape the playbooks that fuel Topline’s outbound engine. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow and learn how marketing and sales come together to drive impact.
Build and manage outbound email campaigns end-to-end—enriching prospect lists, writing sequences, running tests, and scheduling sends across tools like Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot.
Run structured weekly testing cadences with clear hypotheses, A/B variants, and documented learnings.
Maintain strong deliverability and domain health by following best practices on list hygiene, subdomain setup, and warm-up flows.
Personalize at scale using AI (and video where helpful) with modular copy and dynamic fields.
Partner with Sales to ensure every positive reply is captured, routed, and followed up on quickly, closing the loop between outreach and booked meetings.
Research and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria; surface insights to improve targeting and message relevance.
Track and report key metrics — opportunity rate, SQL rate, demos booked, and attributed pipeline.
Document best practices as templates, copy blocks, and short playbooks others can follow.
Own deliverability health — subdomains and warmup, email authentication, list hygiene, and monitoring bounce and spam rates and sender reputation.
Support broader GTM projects such as referral program growth, campaign tracking, and outbound–paid channel alignment.
Expand beyond email once baselines hold by layering calls, LinkedIn, direct mail, or other exploratory channels.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales (internship or full-time); startup or SaaS experience a plus.
Clear, concise writer who can craft email copy that earns replies.
Analytical and curious—comfortable testing, measuring, and iterating on what works.
Organized operator who maintains clean data, tracks performance, and communicates updates clearly.
Familiarity (or eagerness to learn) tools like Instantly, Sendspark, Clay, Apollo, and Google Sheets.
