UChicago Medicine, Crown Point is a new two-story, 130,000-square-foot multispecialty care center and micro-hospital in Northwest Indiana for what will be the academic health system's largest off-site facility and its first freestanding building in Indiana.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) will perform primary nursing functions of assessing, planning, directing, performing, and evaluating patient care in the Emergency Room to patients of all ages suffering from various types of illness or trauma that requires emergency attention. The ED RN will serve as a professional role model by encouraging teamwork and collaborating with clinical and front office staff, administration, and other professional disciplines to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes with the highest level of patient satisfaction.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
