Whether you're new to the field or already certified, we'll support you every step of the way-including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and full coverage of your certification costs.
We require that you have completed the 40 hour RBT course within the last 130 days. We will support your competency and RBT exam. No prior ABA experience required-just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Follow treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Track client progress and participate in ongoing training
- Attend in-person onboarding and competency assessment at our Savannah clinic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 40 hour RBT course completed within the last 130 days
- Experience with children preferred (e.g., tutoring, camps, childcare, paraprofessional, ABA, classroom settings)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes if needed
- Must be willing to complete RBT training and certification within the first two weeks of employment
- Must be able to attend in-person training in Savannah, GA
