- Ability to support mission operations and anomaly resolution
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of GNC engineers, setting objectives and ensuring resources to meet project milestones
- Drive design, development, integration, and verification of GNC systems to meet specifications and standards
- Plan and manage GNC project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation in coordination with project management and peers
- Lead troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving efforts related to GNC systems and flight operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on GNC initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency in GNC development and maintenance
- Provide technical inputs for proposals and support mission operations and anomaly resolution
- Prepare and present technical and program status briefings to senior management
- Provide technical mentorship, peer review, and documentation evaluation for program milestone reviews
Education
- Master's degree in engineering with concentration in dynamics and control (required)
