HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care.
Your Role:
- Assume direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
- The primary responsibility is to provide care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
- Care provided displays respect for the patient’s rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs.
- Be adaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Required Experience:
- 1 year of acute care experience required
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience as RN
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
- Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.
