Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Agronomy technicians to maintain plant health and coordinate horticulture processes including fertilization, irrigation, and pest control.
- Implement novel technologies for male sterility in corn and develop efficient sustainable execution plans.
- Collaborate with teams to develop site-specific protocols and ensure adherence to process criteria.
- Inspect crops and irrigation systems, performing adjustments to meet optimal moisture standards.
- Conduct timely sampling and analysis of water, soil, media, and foliar components.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of inputs and data for all crop growth stages.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
