Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - Full Time (Split Role 2 Communities in Souderton/Lansdale PA)

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Teams at Souderton Mennonite Homes - Living Branches Senior Living Community in Souderton, PA AND Dock Woods- Living Branches Senior Living Community in Lansdale, PA is seeking its next employee-owner.

Please note that this position will be hiring for projected October 1st start date.

This Full Time role will split between 2 of our beautiful communities:  Souderton Mennonite Homes  (Souderton, PA) and Dock Woods  (Lansdale, PA).  This is NOT a remote position; therapist will be working inhouse assigned to both communities.  

Responsibilities

As a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
