Seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Policy, Advocacy, and Communications team within the Strada Education Foundation. This role requires effective task prioritization in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work expectations in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities: Manage calendars, coordinate travel, process invoices, and deliver customer service while supporting special projects and events for the PAC team.
Skills: 3+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications: Experience managing multiple calendars, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Location: This position is hybrid, requiring in-office work two days per week in Washington, DC.
Compensation: $57500 - $64250 / Annually

This is a hybrid position that requires working from our Washington DC office two days per week.
