What You’ll Do

• Lead the clinical team in delivering comprehensive dental care
• Perform a wide range of general and pediatric procedures, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, emergency, sedation, and periodontal treatments
• Develop customized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
• Leadership qualities and a desire to grow with the practice
• Experience in sedation dentistry or willingness to train is a plus

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Texas dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2  years professional clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
