What You Can Expect
- Lead Patient-Centric Care: Provide direct, compassionate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring every patient feels supported and understood.
- Tailor Medication Therapy: Take the reins in initiating, adjusting, and discontinuing medications, crafting personalized treatment plans that optimize outcomes for each patient.
- Proactive Monitoring: Order and monitor labs while performing limited physical assessments, keeping a close eye on patient progress and making timely adjustments as needed.

Qualifications (Update to the standard language)
- Idaho Pharmacist License
- PharmD
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in independently managing chronic diseases.
- Completion of PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency OR completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program with ambulatory-focus OR equivalent ambulatory care experience.
- Current Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), Ambul
