We are seeking a creative and motivated Associate Manager, Brand and Music Publicity.
Based in our New York office you will help elevate our brand through external and internal communications support of music marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, and always-on storytelling.
In this role, you are responsible for identifying new and innovative ways to connect our brand with priority audiences through traditional and non-traditional media as well as through earned influencer tactics. In addition to leading and amplifying existing campaigns driven by the business, you will be expected to work across multiple Music and Brand team projects, providing strategic and hands on contributions to release campaigns, cultural campaigns, and partnership campaigns to reach new and emerging audiences.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally creative, immersed in Gen Z culture, and have proven experience in driving campaigns with measurable outcomes. Additionally strong media relationships in both traditional and non-traditional channels is required for the role. You should have experience and expertise in securing impactful brand stories across digital, social and broadcast channels.

The United States base range for this position is $69,734 and $99,620, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
