Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred, along with completion of RBT training and certification; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Location: Position based in Berkeley, CA, US.

Compensation: $27 - $32 / Hourly

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2025-2026 school year. Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (starting at $25 for BTs), depending on experience and education

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 6 months required, 1 year (preferred)
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• RBT Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
• Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.

General Requirements:

• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
