Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules, production processes, safety, and area standards for 2nd shift
- Lead, coach, and mentor Starlink technicians; conduct reviews and manage corrective/disciplinary actions
- Drive transition of product from development to full-rate production
- Collaborate with area leadership to prioritize work against production schedules and goals
- Lead continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, risk reduction, and investigations
- Establish and analyze area metrics to optimize training, product flow, and efficiency
- Identify and eliminate defects in the area value stream and reduce downtime
- Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications
- Audit area safety and implement improvements
- Review drawings and technical data for manufacturability and provide engineering feedback
- Perform hands-on assembly and integration of satellite components when required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency (minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of professional manufacturing/production experience

- Base salary range $105,000 - $135,000/year plus potential discretionary bonuses
