- Experience with CAD software and design-to-manufacturing handoffs
- Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods (Python/R, Minitab, Arena or similar)
- Experience in manufacturing/operations, process, quality, or industrial engineering
- Experience with inventory, production, and capacity planning (MRP/ERP)
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute capital equipment, machine, facility, and layout upgrades to meet production and materials demand
- Manage cross-functional projects on tight timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Drive process improvements to reduce build hours, quality issues, and waste
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions across the manufacturing value stream
- Define, standardize, and improve operations metrics and key process indicators; analyze data and drive action plans
- Train technicians, engineers, and leaders on operations best practices and lead improvement workshops
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field preferred
